Sie is a finger-lakes born, Brooklyn bound self-taught baker. Inspired by nature, memory, and cake fantasies, Sie bakes and sources with deep intention and love. Think more wabi sabi than Carlo’s Bakery. Previously, Sie worked in food security and managed a summer camp kitchen in the Catskills. When she’s not baking she’s working as a Program Director at a culinary training program with survivors of forced migration. She promises not to handle your cake in a car as photographed.
